Notice body

Auburn University has launched a new Adopt-A-Spot program where volunteer groups adopt a spot on the Auburn University campus and maintain that location through litter collection and recycling. The goal of Adopt-A-Spot is to preserve the “loveliest village on the plains” and promote sustainability through a community effort. The Adopt-A-Spot committee is now accepting applicants. Any group in the campus community, students, faculty and staff may sign up. In addition, any member of the campus community can register for a spot on their own. Spots are identified on a website map and are allotted on a first come, first serve basis. Each spot can be adopted by one group and up to 10 individuals. For more information or to sign up, visit the website. Questions can be directed to adoptaspot@auburn.edu
