The Miller Writing Center celebrating National Day on Writing Oct. 20

On Wednesday, Oct. 20, the Miller Writing Center will celebrate the National Day on Writing at our main location on the second floor of the RBD Library near the learning commons area.

Join us as we celebrate #WhyIWrite and add your writing to our poster in the Miller Writing Center. Buttons, pens, snacks and info about the Miller Writing Center will be available from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. or until supplies run out.

Started in 2009 by the National Council of Teachers of English, or NCTE, the National Day on Writing helps to draw attention to the varieties of writings used every day by all people from all backgrounds and communities.
