The new Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center has caught the eye and lens of Southern Living Magazine.

The 142,000-square-foot structure, currently under construction at the corner of South College Street and East Thach Avenue, will be the future home of the hospitality management program in the College of Human Sciences.

With Auburn emerging as a culinary leader among cities, the Rane Center will be featured in an upcoming edition of Southern Living. Photographer Robbie Caponetto witnessed the construction and photographed the team behind the Rane Center: Martin O’Neill, hospitality management program director, Human Sciences Dean Susan Hubbard and Hans van der Reijden, project consultant.
