In an effort to easily locate and spotlight all events being held on Auburn University’s campus, the Campus Event Planning System, or CEPS, has been combined with an online events calendar.

The interactive calendar, supported by online event management tool Localist, is accessible by those on campus and in the local communities. All in-person campus event requests are required to be submitted to CEPS and are reviewed by a committee consisting of university departments.  The committee determines whether to approve each event based on the information provided. Events that are offered solely virtual are not required to go through CEPS.  For more information on submitting virtual events, contact Thina Biblis.

To easily interact with the events calendar, organizers can create an account. Creating an account will allow visitors to submit events to CEPS, follow events, follow event locations and share event information via social media pages. To submit an event, individuals must have a valid Auburn user ID and password.

The events calendar is a public-facing calendar and provides up-to-date information on events happening in the campus community. Some helpful links available as you plan your event are: Auburn University Campus Events Policy, Auburn University Modified Event Guidance and A Healthier U.
