Auburn University will reopen on Jan. 4, 2021, as scheduled. Employees who are able to work remotely may continue to do so through Jan. 10 in alignment with the university’s spring 2021 academic calendar. This decision allows employees to self-quarantine following the New Year’s holiday before returning to campus. Emergency COVID-19 Administrative Leave (ECAL) is also available to employees through Jan. 10.

The university will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our community. If additional guidance is needed, we will share this information to all employees via email and on our website.
