Special topics class in music open to all majors

The highly anticipated class MUSI 3970 Special Topics: Beat Making, Song Writing and Song Production will be offered in spring 2021 and is open to music majors and non-majors (MUSI 3970 002 – CRN 17206). It’s an exploratory class focused on contemporary and commercial music, creativity and music production, and recording studio technology. Students in this class will be allowed to work in our music production labs in Goodwin Hall and will write, record and produce their original work. Instrumentalists, singers, beat makers, composers and music technology enthusiasts are invited to enroll.
