President Gogue encourages faculty and staff to consider participating in United Way campaign

Auburn is in the business of helping people reach their hopes and dreams. Today, I’m encouraging you to consider your role in that endeavor by participating in our United Way campaign.

Selfless service to those around us is in our DNA. When our neighbors suffered from a destructive tornado, you responded in partnership with the Lee County community. You responded more recently in helping the many who are coping with unprecedented health, economic, isolation and other challenges due to COVID-19.  

We currently have $60,799.80 in total pledges from 413 participants, which represents 43 percent of our $140,000 goal. Everyone pulling together, regardless of the amount of the gift, makes a huge difference.

Thanks for considering making a pledge to help meet our community’s most urgent needs.
