Kavookjian named ADCES presidential candidate

Jan Kavookjian, associate professor in the Harrison School of Pharmacy's Department of Health Outcomes Research and Policy, has been slated as a candidate for president-elect for the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, or ADCES. With more than 12,000 members, ADCES is an interdisciplinary professional membership organization dedicated to improving prediabetes, diabetes and cardiometabolic care through innovative education, management and support. Voting runs through Sept. 30.
