As many of you know, Auburn University is requiring face coverings inside campus buildings, but did you know this requirement also applies outside? Masks are required outdoors when six feet of physical distancing is not/cannot be maintained between individuals. Even if you are alone, exercising or maintaining your distance you should still have a face covering ready to wear in the event you come in close contact with another individual. Violations of this policy occurring outside of the classroom will be addressed through the university’s Code of Student Conduct. More information about the Face Coverings policy can be found here.
