Make a difference every day! Pick up your free reusable utensils, discover sustainability-related student groups, win sustainable gear and get the tools and knowledge to support a zero-waste life at Auburn.
The Office of Sustainability, the Waste Reduction and Recycling Department and Tiger Dining welcome new and returning students to stop in between 1:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19, in the Langdon Annex courtyard.
The Waste Reduction and Recycling Department will provide waste reduction tips and highlight campus recycling programs. You can also get free seeds to plant flowers/herbs and learn about Tiger Dining’s programs, such as the reusable to-go containers, the dish-reuse program and the Community Garden. The Office of Sustainability will provide info on sustainability-related student groups, events and programs. Learn about simple actions you can take to join other Auburn Tigers who are contributing to a healthier campus, community and planet. Life is too short to waste!
