College of Human Sciences hosts The Science of Great Taste on Facebook Live

The College of Human Sciences’ new interactive online series, “The Science of Great Taste,” continues Tuesday, July 14, at 6:30 p.m.

Drew Kostic, an alumni of Auburn’s brewing science program and brewer at Keg and Lantern Brewery in Brooklyn, will talk about the science of brewing beer. Also, hear the latest on the new state-of-the-art Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center being built in the heart of Auburn.

The Science of Great Taste, airing at CHSatAU on Facebook, is meant to connect alumni, faculty and guests interested in the science behind great taste.

The first installment featured Auburn hospitality management alumnae Madison Kreamer ’17 and Joanna Hudgins ’16 from Trinchero Family Estates in California for a wine and cheese pairing.
