Office of University Writing invites graduate students to apply for Graduate Writing Partners Program

Graduate students who are interested in improving their writing skills and working on their thesis, dissertation or a piece for publication are invited to apply for the Office of University Writing’s Graduate Writing Partners Program. This program pairs graduate students with an experienced graduate writing consultant from the Miller Writing Center who will be their partner for the semester. Writing partners work one-on-one with graduate students to help them improve their writing abilities and become more effective communicators in their respective disciplines.

Participants must be willing to commit to two one-hour standing appointments each week for the semester where they will engage in individualized consultations with their writing partner. Applications for this program are due by 5 p.m. on May 4.
