A deliberative forum for community members to discuss the future of healthcare in the U.S. will be held on March 18 from 3-5 p.m. at the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts and Humanities at Pebble Hill.

Before the forum, participants are encouraged to review a non-partisan issue guide titled, “Health Care: How Can We Bring Costs Down While Getting the Care We Need?” This guide is available as a free download at https://aub.ie/healthcare2020. At the forum, participants will discuss perspectives and experiences as they weigh the pros and cons of various approaches to the issue and gain important insights from other participants in a civil and productive atmosphere.

The forum is part of the Hidden Common Ground partnership between USA TODAY, Public Agenda and the National Issues Forums Institute and the network of local organizations that make up the National Issues Forums.

The event is free and refreshments will be provided. The Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts and Humanities at Pebble Hill is located at 101 S. Debardeleben St.
