Student Affairs offers a number of ways for faculty and staff to communicate with students on campus, from screens in the residence halls to banners on the concourse. Promoting a new event or program for students can be overwhelming. Below are a few ways Student Affairs can help share information across campus:

Screens in the Student Center

  • 11 television screens are located inside the Student Center.

  • For design specifications and to submit a request, go to aub.ie/reserve_advertise.

Screens in Residence Halls

  • There are television screens located in all 32 residence halls.

Bulletin boards

  • 150 bulletin boards are available in buildings across campus. If provided with posters, Student Affairs will hang them on these bulletin boards.

Banners on concourses

  • There are banner pole stations along the concourses, including at the Student Center, Haley Center and Foy Hall.

Banners around campus

  • The University Career Center provides 24 pole stations across campus.
