Toomer's Trees and Traditions Fund
Thank you for your generosity and help. Your gift will enable Auburn University to do whatever it takes to save, replace, or find an alternative for the Toomer's Corner Oaks to help continue our celebrations and traditions, and protect not just the gateway to our campus, and all of Samford Park long into the future. If efforts to save the trees are successful, helping them continue to survive and protecting them will be essential. If they need to be removed -- and it will be some time before we know what our options are -- finding replacements in the form of new trees, architecture, or other beautification options can all be made possible through this fund. Landscaping, maintenance, preservation, healthy vegetation, and beauty enhancement will be the goals of the fund, and allow the university the flexibility to apply monies to any solution and preserve our park and Toomer's Corner well into the future.
