Veterinary professor quoted in The Atlantic about FDA warning on grain-free food for dogs

Dr. Chris Lea, a director of the Auburn University Veterinary Clinic and assistant clinical professor, is quoted in The Atlantic in an article, “How Americans Decided Dogs Can’t Eat Grains,” about an FDA warning that grain-free food might be giving dogs a life-threatening heart problem. Lea is a 1999 graduate from Auburn’s College of Veterinary Medicine. His specialty interests include internal medicine, radiology and integrative medicine.
